MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) – Friday marks a month since the Christmas Day tornado.

The EF-2 storm ripped across Midtown Mobile.

It did extensive damage to homes and businesses.

Murphy High School was torn apart, and will require tens of millions of dollars to get students back on campus.

The damage is still evident, although much of the debris has been picked-up and hauled away.

There have been plenty of stories of heroism and generosity over the last month.

Amazingly, no one was seriously injured during that tornado, or the one that hit five days earlier.
