BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - Biloxi police are trying to identify a man whose body was found in Biloxi Bay on Thursday morning.
The Sun Herald reports that police were called to Porter Pier about 8:20 a.m.
Police Sgt. Christopher DeBack says the man is black, about 6-foot-1 to 6-foot-3 and weighs about 200 to 220 pounds. He is in his late 50s to early 60s.
The man was wearing dark blue jeans, a dark shirt, Docker shoes and a black leather jacket. He wore a gold ring on his left hand.
Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove says it appears the man was in the water overnight.
