Seafood Raditore

Seafood(lobster,shrimp) 3 oz
olive oil 1 tbl
crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
garlic,minced 1 tbl
Brandy 1/2 oz
Tomato,diced 1 oz
Sun dried tomato 1 oz
Heavy cream 2 tbl
smoked cheese,shredded 3 oz
Raditore pasta,6 oz

Saute first four ingredients, add brandy,be careful of flame( can remove from heat source before adding to prevent flair up. Can omit brandy if needed. Add remaining ingredients until sauce is creamy. Toss with hot pasta and serve.


Pomodoro Salad is :
Tomatoes,4,sliced
Olive oil,1 tbl
Red wine vinegar 2oz
Capers,1 tbl
Olives 2 oz
Onion,sliced,half
Prepare each ingredient and toss gently
