Wintzell's Oyster House
Crabmeat Omelette Poboy
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. crabmeat
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz. cheddar cheese
- 1 oz. green onion
- 1 8" poboy loaf
- 2 oz. shredded lettuce
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 2 rings purple onions
- 3 slices pickles
- 4 oz. french fries
- 4 oz. cole slaw
- 1 lemon wedge
Procedure:
1. Mix eggs, cheese,crabmeat, and green onions in small bowl.
2. Pour on top of flat top grill, cook for 3 minutes.
3. Flip cook for 2 minutes, fold, then place on 8" poboy loaf
4. Add lettuce, onion,tomatoes and pickles
Garnish with lemon wedge, 4 oz. french fries, and 4 oz. cole slaw
