Linguine and Clams
Olive Oil-1tbl
Panchetta 1 oz
Garlic 2 cloves sliced
Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp
White wine 2 oz
Clams in the shell 1 lb
Butter 1 tbl
Salt and Pepper to taste
Linguine Pasta 8 oz
Saute Panchetta,garlic,crushed red pepper. Add clams, and wine. Cover until clams open. Add butter,Salt and Pepper. Toss wiith pasta and serve.
