Philly Cheesesteak
Add butter or oil to a hot pan
Saute onions and peppers.
Cook 6 oz of prime rib with onions and peppers in the skillet.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toast your bread in another skillet.
Put your meat, onions and peppers in the bread.
Melt American, Swiss or Cheese Whiz on your sandwich.

Texas Toast
2 oz. Turkey
2 oz..Swiss cheese
2 oz Ham
half and half
eggs
Make an egg wash with half and half and scrambled egg.
Soak your toast in egg wash.
Add meat and cheese
Brown in the skillet
Serve with powdered sugar, honey and raspberry preserves.
