(MOBILE, Ala.) Aug. 8 -- It's a story that rocked our community and we have new information about the Tragedy On A Bridge.

Lam Luong is accused of throwing his four children, Danny, Ryan, Lindsey, and Hannah off the Dauphin Island Bridge earlier this year. Luong is charged with five counts of capital murder.

His defense attorney is looking for a change of venue in the case. At a hearing Friday a judge decided to hire an independent pollster to conduct phone surveys about the case. The judge says the polls must be wrapped up by February. Prosecutors say they can find an impartial jury.

"The judge has indicated from the bench, that his preference is that we find a fair and impartial jury in Mobile County," Mobile County District Attorney John Tyson Jr. said.

Luong's trial is set to begin in March of 2009.
