A very active weather pattern is setting up across the region with several chances for rain this week, beginning tonight and Tuesday. Showers will begin moving into the area later tonight, with the heaviest of the rain expected to arrive during the morning hours Tuesday. Our next chance for rain will move in late Thursday and continue through Friday. More showers are expected into Saturday and early next week. The biggest concern this week will be from excessive rainfall, especially later in the week, toward the weekend.

The only totally dry day will be Wednesday behind the cold front. This is when temperatures will fall into the 50s for highs and lows Wednesday morning will be in the 30s. The rest of the week looks mild, with 60s for Tuesday and Thursday, then back to around 70 for the end of the week.
