WEATHER SUMMARY
A stationary front across the area has caused quite a temperature swing. The front has crossed Mobile, therefore expect dreary conditions with light showers around. It'll also feel cool and raw thanks to a steady northerly wind. However, the FL Panhandle is located south of the front, and that's where the weather will be warm and muggy today with temps in the 70s.
Periodic showers will continue through the afternoon into tonight and tomorrow. By Wednesday afternoon, the stubborn front finally shifts east. In it's wake, much cooler air spills in resulting in tumbling temperatures. Another low is set to bring another round of cold rain to the area late Wednesday and Thursday. We wake up in the upper 30s Thursday morning then struggle to reach the low 50s as the day progresses.
The wet weather finally winds down Thursday night, with full sunshine returning on Friday. We'll start the last day of the workweek around the freezing mark with daytime highs reaching the mid 50s. More 30s are in store for your wake up weather over the weekend, highs on both Saturday and Sunday will be around 60.
