WEATHER SUMMARY
Sunshine returns this afternoon after loud thunderstorms rocked the viewing area this morning. Highs today will average about ten degrees above seasonal readings, as maximum temps are set to hit 70 degrees.
Overnight, residual surface moisture will help generate some patchy fog. A few splash and dash showers are possible on Friday as a weak front swings through the region. We finish up the workweek with highs in the low 70s.
A nice clean break from the wet weather is in the works for Saturday and Joe Cain Sunday, with an active weather pattern returning on Monday. A cold front will march into the region and park across the area on Fat Tuesday. Depending on the timing of this rounds of heavy rain are possible all the way through Wednesday morning. There is still plenty of time still for this to change some. Stay tuned into the forecast.
