WEATHER SUMMARY

Don't forget the umbrella today as heavy pockets of rain will stick around through the early afternoon.  Maximum temps will be above seasonal readings with highs in the low 70s.  A weak front will swing through the area bringing some much needed healthy soakers across the region today.  Good news is no severe weather is expected, but we could see some gusty winds with some of these storms.  Much of the wet weather will wind down by late afternoon.  Expect a gradual clearing trend with a much cooler air mass spills in as overnight readings fall into the mid 40s tomorrow morning.  High pressure will gain control Wednesday giving us a nice northwesterly wind fetch.  Therefore, highs won't make it out of the mid 60s.

The cool down won't last long, as that high slips east expect a southerly wind flow as early as Thursday pushing highs back into the 70s on Friday, them mid 70s over the weekend.
