Rain remains in the forecast for the last 2 days of Mardi Gras:

Monday (Lundi Gras):  A cold front will cross the area, and it'll stall just south of the Coastline.  The front will keep scattered showers in the forecast for Monday morning with isolated midday-early afternoon showers. Then, another wave of scattered shower activity is expected by late Monday afternoon...lasting thru the evening.

Fat Tuesday:  A warm front will be moving inland...and putting our area in a favorable positon to experience scattered-numerous storms by the afternoon.  Yet, periods of rain can be expected throughout the day...so an umbrella is a necessity.

Make sure to watch Meteorologist Kelly Foster & Chief Meteorologist Derek Beasley on Monday for the latest update to the Fat Tuesday forecast.

The rain moves out just in time for Valentine's Day, though.  And a Big Cold Snap is looking possible by next weekend.
