Freezing Temperatures Expected Sunday Morning

The forecast for the weekend will be cooler. A cold front that will move through the area by early Saturday morning will keep highs in the 50s Saturday afternoon. Temperatures will fall quickly after sunset Saturday night with lows in the 20s and 30s. A freeze is expected north of I-10, with the coldest temperatures near Hwy 84 where mid 20s are likely.

Warmer temperatures return by Sunday afternoon with highs near 60. A chance of rain can be expected late Monday into Tuesday with another storm system Temperatures by Tuesday afternoon will reach the low 70s. Another storm will bring more rain chances as early as late Thursday into Friday. Temperatures through the end of the week will be milder with 60s and 70s during the day and 50s and 60s Tuesday through Thursday morning.
