Fog will redevelop across the area tonight as the atmosphere is very warm and moist courtesy of a prevailing wind off the Gulf.  So, drive with caution on the roads tonight thru Sunday morning.

Sunday, a cold front moves into the Gulf Coast states...enhancing our rain chances. So, keep an umbrella handy...especially in the afternoon as scattered showers are expected.   It'll remain warm though with highs reaching the upper 70s.

The surface front will move just to the east of our area for Monday, but the front will remain over our area just a few thousand feet up in the air.  What this means is that at the surface, we'll have a north wind..so, it'll be a bit cooler for the first day of the workweek with 60s.  However, with the frontal boundary remaining over us in the upper levels...the weather will remain cloudy and unsettled with rain chances.   This threat for rain will continue thru early Wednesday.

By Wednesday midday, the cold front will have completely cleared our area...leading to improving weather but cooler weather.  This cooler/drier pattern will follow us into the next weekend.
