A warm weather pattern has set up across the region and will likely stay in place for the time-being. A storm system to our west will edge closer to the region by Thursday and continuing into early Friday bringing the highest chances for rain this week. Between now and then, temperatures will be mild, with highs in the 70s and lows around 60. Temperatures will actually get a bit warmer this weekend with highs in the mid to upper 70s Saturday and Sunday. The next storm system will track into the region early next week bringing a chance for locally heavy rainfall and a few storms. Needless to say, the weather pattern for the next week looks unsettled, occasionally wet and quite mild for this time of year. Colder air may try to move into the region by the end of next week.
