FORECAST OVERVIEW: Mostly sunny days and clear cool nights can be expected through the end of the week. Temperatures will be around average for this time of year, around 70° with lows in the 40s. Cooler temps will filter in behind a cold front this weekend.

TUESDAY THROUGH BLACK FRIDAY: If you have plans to travel this week, the forecast looks great through Wednesday, both by air and by highway. No significant storm systems are expected within a days drive of the area. Mostly sunny, mild days and clear cool nights can be expected through the end of the week. High temperatures will reach the low 70s with lows in the 40s, warming to around 50 by Friday morning ahead of the next cold front. Thanksgiving Day will be no exception, with sunny skies...temps in the morning in the upper 40s rising to the low 70s by afternoon. It doesn't get much better than that. If you are hitting the stores early Friday morning to kick off the holiday shopping season... be sure to grab a jacket as temps will be in the 40s to around 50.

THIS WEEKEND: The front will move through the area by Saturday morning. Winds will shift out of the north bringing in lower humidity and cooler temperatures in the 60s for both Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The coldest morning this week will be Saturday morning, when lows fall into the 30s and 40s. A rapid recovery in temperatures and humidity will occur by Sunday afternoon ahead of the next storm system. This system is scheduled to arrive on Monday. Clouds will increase Sunday night, followed by a chance of showers Monday afternoon.
