Arrest Made in Pensacola Beach Death Investigation

I'm not condoning the killing or any of the other actions that took place, but the reason the "fool takes a gun to the beach" is that according to current law he had a 2nd Amendment Right to do so. Or at least that's what all the screaming is about and plus the accusations that Obama wants to take you guns away. And yes he needs to pay the price.

What kind of fool takes a gun to the beach? Perhaps the uncivilized segment that seeks to kill and injure anyone that crosses its past. I am not surprised by this suspects race and gender, however Florida has a mandatory 25 year sentence in prison for felony laws with guns, but hopefully this perp gets death or life in prison.

Wow CT14. Who's going to win the Super Bowl this year. Your predictions seem dire, like the end of the world on 21 Dec last year along with numerous other predictions. As I said, just because you attempt to speak with authority and knowledge does not mean you know what your're talking about or know anything other than what you hear on Faux News. Plus, make long rambling post with numerous diverse points and you may be able to fool the weak minded but most can see through the smoke to see that there is no fire. You make my day and I can't wait to see your reply. You're so predictable.

Another thief that takes from the working people in the US. It's indoctrinated from the cradle to not work for anything and what everyone else has worked for belongs to him because he is sorry, lazy, and a common thief. Only if we could cut off their hands when caught like some countries do will this thievery stop. The US court system is failing because society has been overwhelmed with a segment that was taught that stealing is permissible by liberals and democrats.

@Ritootm, Google is your friend, It's. common knowledge that fraud is indeed rampant in all entitlements and is getting worse each day under Obama. Stop and think for a second, they are creating a dependency on government handouts just so they can secure a voter base to remain in power. Just like with the illegal immigrants that are flooding into the US so that demographic will vote strictly democratic and liberal and keep them in power. What will happen is the 16 trillion in debt that the US is in will increase and sooner than later the country will default on its debt and suffer financial collapse. The government is already taking steps to face this crisis with purchasing billions of guns and ammo by DHS. The Mobile Police Dept has already accepted receipt of a tractor trailer load of guns an ammo to combat the inevitable anarchy and chaos that will begin when the EBT food stamp cards become worthless. Politicians like Jo Bonner, Michelle Bachmann,, and Max Baucus are resigning from secure political office because they will be targets of a society that will turn on the government leaders first.

I can't understand why Carnival is getting sued either? Guess these people suing are just going after the ones with the most money regardless of who's at fault!

I certainly hope you win your suit! I swear it has gotten to the point that all big businesses are banning together to rip off anyone they can to make a dollar! They don't seem to care nor appreciate that their customers and low paid employees are still in business because of them. Guess they think everyone is stupid or something. That's like the old days when the coal miners were forced to buy from the company store. Greed is rampant in todays' society!
